7/14/2005 --Strike-Hold Enters International Market VENICE, FL (July 14, 2005) – U.S. based company, MPH System Specialties, Inc. has established two major International Authorized Distributors of their up-and-coming cleaner/lubricant for metals, already widely used throughout the States. Strike-HoldÒ was originally introduced into the U.S. market by means of widespread Military use, generating interest worldwide. Sun Shine Est, a company based in Kuwait and covering the Middle East became the first international distributor of Strike-HoldÒ in April 2005. Later that month, Fresh Industries LTD, located in the United Kingdom, also came on board and will be covering the entire European Union as well as India and East and Southern Africa. * The owner of the Kuwaiti company gained interest in Strike-Hold after witnessing it’s positive results firsthand. He saw great potential in the Middle Eastern market for a product that would protect metals against the harmful effects of moisture while also protecting it from the excessive sand, dirt and dust that presents itself so significantly in the region. U.S. Military forces have experienced in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan what locals already knew, the excessive moisture, sand and dust creates malfunctions in everything ranging from tools, locks and machinery, to computer equipment, wiring and, as we have witnessed through heavy media coverage, weapons. * Aziz Tejpar, an established figure in UK business and commerce, added Strike-Hold to a select few products that his company, Fresh Industries, markets throughout the world. Introduced to the product through a Florida company he works with, Tejpar’s keen business instinct immediately recognized the potential for growth and expansion into the European market. * President of MPH, Deborah Huggard, describes Strike-HoldÒ succinctly: * “Strike-Hold is a metal cleaner ,dry lubricant, protectant widely used by the U.S. Military and throughout the U.S. for maintenance of metals, including weapons, aircraft and marine, electrical and communications, tools and machinery and general use applications We eagerly look forward to supplying our European, African, Indian and Middle Eastern friends with a product that has already met with so much success and approval here at home.” * A lubricant that’s dry? Some can’t believe it, but just ask anyone who has used the product and they’ll share stories similar to this U.S. soldier’s: * “While in Afghanistan, we were able to clean our weapons and wipe them dry with no adverse effects. During our deployment, it even rained on us (very heavy for the region) and in spite of the fact that the weapons were dry (dust prevention), no one on the team had any problems with rust.” * Strike-Hold seems to be a 21st century answer to an age-old problem. Sun Shine Est and Fresh Industries appear to have stumbled upon a modern day treasure. |
10/31/2005 --Strike-Hold® Wins Award (Venice, FL) October 31, 2005 - Strike-Hold®, a metal cleaner, lubricant and protectant manufactured by MPH System Specialties, Inc. in the U.S.A., has won an award in the United Kingdom for "Best Fieldsport Accessory of the Year" by TACKLE & GUNS MAGAZINE. Tackle & Guns magazine is a well-regarded UK publication popular among sportsmen and those in the trade. Aziz Tejpar, owner of Fresh Industries Limited, recently introduced this revolutionary product in 2005 as the Strike-Hold® distributor for the United Kingdom and European Union. * Already widely recognized in the U.S.A. as the leading product in its category, Strike-Hold is quickly gaining the attention of important members of the European market. Currently in the testing and evaluation phase with the British military (as well as the Canadian Ministry of Defence), Strike-Hold is stirring up the long stagnant pool of metal-care products. The product uses the latest in chemical technologies to provide a four-fold purpose: clean, lubricate, protect, demoisturize. Additionally, a dielectric strength of over 38,000 volts means that Strike-Hold is effective on electronics, lighting and communications equipment as well as guns, knives, tools, machinery, motors and engines, marine hardware and metal fittings. It seems the applications are limited only by the users imagination. * Company President Deborah Huggard, sees many more awards and growing success in Strike-Hold's future. With a strong U.S. Armed Forces following and a quickly expanding worldwide presence, Strike-Hold is in a prime position to one day in the not-so-far future become a household name. |

10/12/2004 -- Strike-Hold Company Plans to Expand VENICE, FL (October 12, 2004) – MPH System Specialties, Inc. has several positive changes taking place by the end of this year. As of November 1, their Home Office and Warehouse space will be doubled as they expand at their current location in Venice, Florida. The additional space will be used to “accommodate the need for a larger inventory base and make room for the expanding Strike-HoldÒ product line”, says Company President, Deborah Huggard. Demand has been steadily increasing for Strike-Hold as its popularity among the Military continues to grow and interest in the Commercial market strengthens. * In the works: o New 4 oz. liquid applicator bottle! o Lithographed cans! o Specialized label for Commercial & Industrial use! * Strike-HoldÒ II will soon be available in a 4 oz. liquid applicator bottle. Currently available in both aerosol and bulk liquid form, the new convenient size will make Strike-HoldÒ easier to ship and carry on your person. “Shipping limitations for aerosol products are often a real issue, especially for the numerous air shipment requests we receive daily headed for the Middle Eastern region and to APO addresses”, says Michael P. Huggard, the Company’s Military Affairs Director. The new small liquid bottles will be predominantly marketed for Military use as a cost-effective alternative to the aerosols with the added benefit of simplifying the logistics of transporting massive amounts of the product to the Troops both here at home and overseas. * Followers of this up and coming company may have already noticed MPH’s new look on their website www.strike-hold.com, but soon the look will also be reflected on their packaging. Plans for preprinted lithographed cans (no paper label!) are currently in the design stages and are slated for first run in the coming month. Also, look for a separate redesigned can for Commercial and Industrial use. According to Mrs. Huggard, her concern is that the current look, with an M-16 below the logo, is not appropriate for the over-the-counter market. With a growing number of School Districts, City and County Governments and Amusement Parks showing interest in adopting the product for agency-wide use, a more generalized “softer” label will be a responsible and well-received change. Michael and Deborah are excited about the upcoming changes and expansion of MPH System Specialties, Inc. and are eagerly looking forward to the start of another exciting year. * |
6/4/2004 -- Military Product Now Available Commercially · Strike-HoldÒ Company Adds Industrial/Corporate Division * · Richard Pazik leads new Department * VENICE, FL (June 7, 2004) – MPH System Specialties, Inc. has recently expanded in order to better serve the growing commercial market for its premier weapons cleaner, lubricant, protectant, Strike-HoldÒ. In response to consumer demand, the new Industrial/Corporate Division, headed by chemical engineer, Richard Pazik, will specifically target individual industries for corporate distribution and direct sales. * Widely available to the U.S. Military for over 2 years, Strike-HoldÒ has experienced an incredible increase in demand in the “civilian” market. Auto, marine, aircraft, electrical and communications industries have all indicated a critical need for a product that will clean, lubricate and protect all metal parts, without harming associated rubber and plastics. Additional requirements for a product with a high dielectric strength ruled out many other products available on the market. * Strike-HoldÒ is currently used on weapons (large and small arms), vehicles and communications equipment by the 82nd Airborne Division, 101st Airborne Division, 1st Cavalry Division, 25th Infantry Division, 1st Armor Division, assorted Special Operations Forces, Navy Seals and many others. New uses and applications are being found every day, while MPH continues to respond to both government and commercial demand for Strike-HoldÒ with enthusiasm and pride. * Deborah Huggard, President of MPH System Specialties, Inc. – “I am proud of the popularity that Strike-HoldÒ has achieved in both the military and civilian markets. We eagerly look forward to broadening consumer awareness of the product within the commercial and industrial marketplace.” * |

8/1/2003 -- New CLP, STRIKE-HOLD™, Solves Problem of "Jammed Weapons/Dead Soldiers" * NEW CLP, STRIKE-HOLD™, SOLVES PROBLEM OF * “JAMMED WEAPONS/DEAD SOLDIERS” * ¨ Huge success with US Troops! * ¨ Cleans- rust, carbon and corrosion! * ¨ Lubricates- non-oily formula REPELS sand, dirt and dust! * ¨ Protects/Preserves- shield-like film protects against effects of moisture! * ¨ Reduces weapons malfunctions! * VENICE, FL (August 1, 2003) - MPH System Specialties, Inc. is pleased to announce that their new weapons cleaner, lubricant, preservative (CLP), Strike-Hold™, is a huge success with US Army troops! Soldiers using Strike-Hold™ report it is doing the job that all of the other cleaner and lubricant products have failed at; it cleans, lubricates, and protects/preserves, while actually repelling the sand, dirt and dust that has been the major cause of weapons malfunctions in Iraq and surrounding areas where our troops are currently active. Due to overwhelming response, Strike-Hold™ is now available on the DoD (Department of Defense) E-Mall, and a GSA contract is in the works as well. * Using the latest in chemical technology, MPH President and CEOs, Michael and Deborah Huggard, have formulated Strike-Hold™ such that it thoroughly cleans rust, corrosion and carbon. It also contains a synthetic lubricant that provides a non-oily shield-like film protecting against the effects of moisture, thus preventing rust and corrosion, thereby preserving the weapon. * The Joint Forces Command released a statement based on “After-Action” and “Lessons Learned” reports citing, “Soldiers provided consistent comments that CLP [referring to the standard government issue weapons lubricant] was not a good choice for weapons maintenance in this environment. The sand is as fine as talcum powder here. The [standard issue] CLP attracted the sand to the weapon.” * A Special Forces Group A-Team member says of Strike-Hold™, “ It has proven to be a great lube and a great cleaner whenever we get these nasty sandstorms. Most of the time when I disassemble my .50 cal after a sandstorm its full of sand, but I just spray and it knocks it out. I just let it drain out and wipe it down. The gun is good as new.” * 82nd Airborne and 101st Air Assault Division Commanders and troopers also support use of Strike-Hold. * In an e-mail to MPH from the Regimental Commander of 504th PIR, 82nd Airborne Division, he states, “Strike-Hold is working miracles for us and think we've invented a 100 more uses for it. All rave about it.” * “…other units now want to order Strike Hold! Your product is working great over here in these conditions - lots of wind storms.” commented Colonel Joe Anderson, Brigade Commander, 101st Airborne Division. * A 1st Lieutenant from the 82nd Airborne Division, IN 1st BDE AS4 sums the troops reaction to Strike-Hold™ up as follows: “…Basically this product has been tested by numerous units on post and in the Army. It has been tested against various other cleaning products past and present and nothing else measures up or cleans and protects to the same level.” * In his article “Wrong Lubricant, Jammed Weapons, Dead Soldiers”, editor of “DefenseWatch” magazine (published by Soldiers For the Truth, headed by retired Colonel David Hackworth), Ed Offley wonders “How many more US Army soldiers are going to have to die before the service takes action to ensure that it stops issuing dangerously ineffective weapon lubricants?” It seems the Army has taken action…and quickly. Due to the recent concern and debate regarding weapons lubricants, The Army’s Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command has begun the process of conducting a study on commercial lubricants in order to determine whether the current government issue Cleaner/Lubricant/Preservative is outdated and/or ineffective as well as whether current military specifications for a cleaner, lubricant, preservative need to be revised. Strike-Hold™ has been identified as a potential candidate and invited to participate. MPH is in full support of this study, and Strike-Hold™ is poised and ready to come out on top. * Strike-Hold™ is most definitely the “Right Lubricant” and MPH System Specialties, Inc. fully intends to continue to help in their own way, by supplying a product that significantly reduces weapons malfunctions and as a result saves lives. |
