12/2004 -- NRCC Awards 2004 Ronald Reagan Republican Gold
Medal [to CEO Michael P. Huggard]

Tom DeLay (R-TX), NRCC Chairman Tom Reynolds (R-NY) and the
National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) announced
today that Mr. Michael P. Huggard has been chosen as a 2004
Ronald Reagan Republican Gold Medal Award winner.

7/14/2005 --Strike-Hold Enters International Market

VENICE, FL (July 14, 2005) – U.S. based company, MPH System Specialties,
Inc. has established two major International Authorized Distributors of their
up-and-coming cleaner/lubricant for metals, already widely used throughout the
States. Strike-HoldÒ was originally introduced into the U.S. market by means of
widespread Military use, generating interest worldwide. Sun Shine Est, a
company based in Kuwait and covering the Middle East became the first
international distributor of Strike-HoldÒ in April 2005. Later that month, Fresh
Industries LTD, located in the United Kingdom, also came on board and will be
covering the entire European Union as well as India and East and Southern

The owner of the Kuwaiti company gained interest in Strike-Hold after
witnessing it’s positive results firsthand. He saw great potential in the Middle
Eastern market for a product that would protect metals against the harmful

10/12/2004 -- Strike-Hold Company Plans to Expand

VENICE, FL (October 12, 2004) – MPH System Specialties, Inc. has
several positive changes taking place by the end of this year. As of
November 1, their Home Office and Warehouse space will be
doubled as they expand at their current location in Venice, Florida.
The additional space will be used to “accommodate the need for a
larger inventory base and make room for the expanding Strike-HoldÒ
product line”, says Company President, Deborah Huggard. Demand
has been steadily increasing for Strike-Hold as its popularity among
the Military continues to grow and interest in the Commercial market
strengthens.

Strike-HoldÒ II will soon be available in a 4 oz. liquid applicator
bottle. Currently available in both aerosol and bulk liquid form, the
new convenient size will make Strike-HoldÒ easier to ship and carry
on your person. “Shipping limitations for aerosol products are often a
real issue, especially for the numerous air shipment requests we
receive daily headed for the Middle Eastern region and to APO
addresses”, says Michael P. Huggard, the Company’s Military Affairs

editor of “DefenseWatch” magazine (published by Soldiers For the
Truth, headed by retired Colonel David Hackworth), Ed Offley
wonders “How many more US Army soldiers are going to have to die
before the service takes action to ensure that it stops issuing
dangerously ineffective weapon lubricants?” It seems the Army has
taken action…and quickly. Due to the recent concern and debate
regarding weapons lubricants, The Army’s Tank-Automotive &
Armaments Command has begun the process of conducting a study
on commercial lubricants in order to determine whether the current
government issue Cleaner/Lubricant/Preservative is outdated and/or
ineffective as well as whether current military specifications for a
cleaner, lubricant, preservative need to be revised. Strike-Hold™ has
been identified as a potential candidate and invited to participate.
